1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and health-related products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- You received the wrong product
- The product is expired or defective
📌 Important:
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned without original packaging
- Change of mind or personal preference
2. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within Insert 3–7 days of delivery
- Provide:
- Order ID
- Product images (clearly showing issue)
- Description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
3. Return Approval & Pickup
- Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you on how to send the product back
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- We reserve the right to reject returns if the product does not meet our criteria
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

- Processing Time: 2–5 business days
- Bank/Payment Gateway Time: 5–10 business days
5. Replacement Policy
- In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
- Replacement will be subject to product availability
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
7. Non-Returnable Items

- Personal care products once used
- Products purchased during sale/discount (unless damaged or defective)
8. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the shipping cost
- In other cases, shipping charges may not be refundable
